Feature: List of recently opened files/directories

Hints:
- Menus are loaded from plugins using the "menus" method. Why not
make a menus method that is dynamic?
- You can force Redcar to reload and redraw menus with
Application#refresh_menu!
- How do you know which directories are opened? You'll need to either find or make a common point that all dir tree opening goes through, so you can record the directories as they are opened and redraw the menus.
