Windows Ruby execution doesn't work on folders with spaces

An attempt to execute (with Ctrl+R) a Ruby file that is saved on a directory with spaces on it (like C:\Documents and Settings\Project\x.rb), execution fails.
Here's a screencast that replicates this error:
