PHP highlighting plugin

I am searching for highlighting plugin for PHP (maybe tutorial how to install/build/start with that), i know that there should be but as default installing it as gem dont works. I dont see it as i open the files. Tell me, thanks!
I use ubuntu 9.10
Other issue... Why it loads so slowly? Can i make it to start faster?
Its awesome editor, really like textmate!

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- The next version will include the PHP bundle
- it loads slowly because JRuby is not superfast at loading large amounts of Ruby. We have stripped a lot out though and the next version (0.3.2) startup time should be about 2x faster.
