Javascript highlighting not handling multi-line comments correctly

The javascript syntax highlighting seems to be interpreting multiline comments a little incorrectly. If you have a multi-line comment where the end tag is against the left margin, all the code until the next */ that appears indented. Screenshot attached.

I still need to see if this is might be just a bug in the bundle, but the release version of textmate seems to handle it correctly.
