moving the caret doesn't cause the caret to come into view
Reported by Roger | February 21st, 2010 @ 12:54 AM
How to reproduce:
create some long line, position your caret near the end of
it.
move the scrollbar so you see only the beginning of said long line
(and the caret is off the screen).
Hit right or left arrow.
What I expected to see:
the caret should have come into view (it does with ctrl+right, for
example).
what happened: it didn't

This is mainly fixed in http://github.com/danlucraft/redcar/commit/10cab9ff2e138979f1fd5543...
If you move the cursor to the start of the line with the arrow keys, it doesn't quite make it. I think this is a bug in JFace.
