Misbehaved backspace in Windows

It seems that when Backspace is pressed at the beginning of a line, the editor buffer gets messed up. Here's a screencast that shows the issue:

I'm sorry it's really hard to tell from that screencast what the problem is. Can you reduce it to a few simple steps?

I think this is fixed in here: http://github.com/danlucraft/redcar/commit/97f0a359915962239fabe7b7...
The issue was that backspace didn't respect the type of line delimiter.
