fails to open files in doze

With doze:
C:>redcar \installs\p2p.bat
fails (opens a tab that is mysteriously empty, though the file p2p.bat has stuff in it) and
C:>redcar c:\installs\p2p.bat
works.
The root of the problem is probably
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JRUBY-2564
and can (I think) be overcome by adding an extra File.expand_path in there before trying to read the file's contents. I hope to get to it sometime, but thought I'd file it here in case somebody else did before I.

- Milestone order changed from “0” to “0”
This is a JRuby bug, and it is fixed in JRuby 1.6, it'll work once we upgrade to that version. Putting in hold.
