Just noticed that redo/undo/file modified */etc... aren't working in the block selection mode.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Milestone order changed from “0” to “0”
Confirmed in 0.11dev, Redcar freezes when attempting to undo/redo in block selection mode. Is this fixable? Or maybe we can disable them until exiting Block mode?
