How to reproduce the attached screen shot (you'll notice it lacks background paint highlighting on code words):

choose "All Hallow's Eve" theme
open a ruby file.

- Milestone order changed from “0” to “0”
My favorite theme (Railscasts) also suffers from a similar issue as can be viewed on the attached picture.

Is this still the case? When I try it now there is no selected line background AT ALL.
