Ctrl+Shift+Page Up calls Ctrl+Page Up keybinding

Title says it all, same problem with "Ctrl+Shift+Page Down." Running Redcar on OpenSuse 11.2.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
I fixed this at some point...though I can't find the commit atm. It is fixed in at least 0.10 though, and probably 0.9.
