opening a non-existent file should work

$ redcar non_existent
should (and used to...) open up the file non_existent
Don't know when that got lost...
I hope to add specs for it someday, so this is a bit of a lower
priority till then.

especially via drb it should create it (or prompt--I'd say just create though).
