Highlighter has trouble with Japanese characters

At least on MacOS X, the highlighter breaks when using single quotes around Japanese characters.
With double quotes, it works fine.

    • State changed from “new” to “open”

    This might just be general highlighter crapness rather than anything to do with japanese characters.

    If you delete the line and bring it back again, is the highlighting fixed?
