"Edit My Plugin" fails

When you click Plugins/My Plugin/Edit My Plugin
nothing happens
just this error:
Error in command Redcar::MyPlugin::EditMyPluginCommand
RuntimeError: plugins/my_plugin doesn't seem to exist
however plugins/my_plugin DOES seem to exist
you can find this issue in
redcar 0.3.9
I remmember that in previous versions it used to work
so I suposse my_plugin code is outdated
but I don't know how update it

- State changed from “new” to “hold”
