unable to search and replace to *add*

situation:
if you search for
"a" and replace it with "aa" ("replace all" button) it causes an
infinite recursion, and (for me) eventually a BSoD LOL.

Whenever you use the replace option (not the replace all one) when it's done replacing, it goes back to the beginning of the file and starts replacing back again from start.

The infinite loop on "Replace all" is fixed in 0229eb2. Looping when hitting replace over and over again would be what I expect, so that still happens.
