Find In Project result links don't line up with source

The results returned by Find In Project shows the correct lines but when you double click on the line it brings you to the correct file but the wrong line.

Does this still happen? Find in Project was completely replaced in master.

Yes, it still happens 0.10 under Ubuntu. Project search doesn't work at all under Windows.
