Commenting trips up

Sometimes, commenting a selection produces some unexpected
behavior. Steps to reproduce a definitive bug:
1. Select some region you want to comment out
2. comment (duh)
3. broaden the selection
4. try toggling comments again
5. first line will still be commented out

I can't reproduce this, are you sure you're running on the latest redcar?

Can't reproduce it on current master either. http://github.com/redcar/redcar/commit/106ee8f2e46b8c9066910a2bdb4c... might have been the fix for this.
