Web bookmarks tree crashes

If the web_bookmarks.json is invalid, when opening the web bookmarks tree, I will get dialog with a json error. The tree is open, but doesn't get focus. To close it, I want to focus it and use the "Close Tree" command. But focusing it causes Redcar to crash.

Oh that's a nasty one. I'll have to see if this is a problem for runnables too, since it handles user JSON similarly.

Should be fixed. Made some changes to runnables and the commenting plugin too.
