Feature req: auto double pipes for Ruby

I like the autocomplete feature for brackets and quotation marks. I'd love to have double pipes as well(||).

I wouldn't want this, I do use single pipes, too. Someday we'll have configuration for auto-pairing, until then I don't think it's what most people would expect to happen when they type a "|"
