Tab Switching/Moving Bindings inactive on startup

I can't switch tabs anymore without manually triggering the tab menu (View -> Tabs). https://github.com/redcar/redcar/commit/610f6b31d1b69dcd29dd24c161e... is the breaking commit, so I suppose this is a problem with LazyMenu.

Fixed. As a side note, the keybindings work if the menu is not lazy and the menu item names are changed to a lambda, but then keybindings aren't displayed in the menu. Not sure if that's better or worse?
