Outline view does not find method definitions with whitespace at the end of the line

For method definitions like:
def foo
With whitespace after the foo it doesn't seem to pick them in the outline view. Presumable the regexes in the file_parser need to be tuned a bit.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Should be fixed with in current master.
