copy and paste in windows should be "\r\n"

Currently if you copy using Redcar, then paste into notepad, you can end up (if copying from a unix line ending file)
if RUBY_VERSION < '1.9.0' require 'fastercsv' else require 'csv' end
(works in most progs, but not in notepad...)
