Cannot delete files from Tree View

Version: 0.8.1
Ruby Version: 1.8.7
Jruby version: 1.5.5
Redcar.environment: user
My OS is Windows 7 Professional (32bit)
To reproduce.
- Select File->Open and browse to a directory
- Create a new file.
- Right click the file and select delete.
- Say yes to the confirmation message.
The file does not get deleted from either the tree view or the system. I am able to remove this via windows explorer so I do not believe this is an issue with file permissions.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Assigned user set to “tim.felgentreff (at student.hpi.uni-potsdam)”
This might be related to the way we try to trash files on Windows. Is there anything unusual in the console output of redcar?

Yes - I had not checked before, but here is what it is reporting:
