Something like Cmd/Ctrl + +/-, maybe? Just thinking

I've put commands for this as well as a lot of other view settings keybindings (Changing tree/notebook width, focussing trees, etc) on a branch here: https://github.com/kattrali/redcar/tree/view-settings
It should be ready to merge sometime soon.
