redcar installation is broken

The url is no longer valid i think...

Temporary workaround is to change localization of those libraries to:
"http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/codehaus/groovy/groovy-all/1.7.4/groovy-all-1.7.4.jar" => "/groovy-all.jar", "http://maven.svnkit.com/maven2/org/tmatesoft/svnkit/svnkit/1.3.4/svnkit-1.3.4.jar" => "/svnkit.jar",

- State changed from new to resolved
I have removed these references from the installer and pushed 0.9.2.
