HTML highlighting being used for GSP files

Under certain conditions, GSP files are being detected as plain HTML. I believe the problem centers on whether or not the very first line is <HTML>, since adding even a single blank line in front of the <HTML> tag causes these files to be recognized correctly.

Confirmed this also for ERb files. The problem is the firstLineMatcher in the HTML TextMate syntax file. Fixed in 0.10dev.
