Redcar doesn't need to handle scrolling to set selections manually

If we replace the use of StyledText#setSelectionRange in EditViewSWT::Document with StyledText#setSelection, SWT will handle scrolling for us, and we can remove the manual scrolls from e.g. DocumentSearch::FindCommandMixin#select_range
