Error Message that won't go away

sometimes, the following error message pops up:

"This file has been changed on disc, and you have unsaved changes in Redcar.

Revert to version on disc (and lose your changes)?

Yes No"

but when you click on either yes or no, it doesn't do anything, and the only way to get out of it is to close Redcar and restart it.
