ToDo List Broken

In versions 0.12 and 0.13, attempting to access the ToDo list results in a blank tab being created. When this tab is clicked on, the application closes completely.
OS: Win 7 x64

Having the same issue on OS X Mountain Lion running redcar 0.13. It worked for a while, but now nothing shows up.
