Feature: I18N by Gettext (Ruby-GetText) support

Hi.
I'm japanese rubyist. I'm excited about redcar, but English UI is not friendly for me or some Japanese rubyists.
Then, I want redcar to support I18N. For example, If redcar uses Ruby-GetText, I will contribute translation to Japanese.
