Scrolling down leaves orange bars across the screen

Reported by Tony Bye | December 9th, 2014 @ 07:00 PM

When there are lines of text longer than the current window, an orange bar appears on the bottom scrollbar area to show how much of the text is currently visible. When the orange bar is visible, scrolling down in a file leaves orange bars across the text. Anything that causes the screen to refresh eliminates the bars, such as putting another window in front of Redcat and then moving it.

FYI, the same thing can happen when scrolling horizontally to the right. For both the vertical and horizontal cases, you need to have text past the screen in both directions, so that you can scroll and so the axis you are not scrolling shows the orange bar.
