"Create Partial from Selection" does not work

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a rails project directory
- Open a view file
- Highlight some code 4, From menu; Bundles > Ruby on Rails > Erb Templates > Create Partial from Selection
Result:
Nothing happens. Looking in terminal output: /usr/bin/ruby1.8: No such file or directory -- /home/mario/Desktop/redcar/textmate/Bundles/D.tmbundle/Support/bin/create_partial_from_selection.rb (LoadError)
Other: mario@pumped:~/Desktop/redcar/textmate/Bundles/D.tmbundle$ ls Commands info.plist Preferences Snippets Syntaxes Templates Tests
It looks like the /Support directory and all it's subfolders are missing or maybe a typo? I installed from "latest" yesterday.

I should mention that i did find this: redcar/textmate/Bundles/Ruby on Rails.tmbundle/Support/bin/create_partial_from_selection.rb

- State changed from “new” to “open”
Hmmm, looks like you've found yourself editing a document in the "D" grammar. You can change that with the combo box at the bottom right of the screen.
But create_partial_from_selection doesn't work anyway, because we've not implemented various methods from textmate/support/textmate.rb

hmm... maybe my expectations were wrong because i thought that if i explicitly selected "Create Partial from Selection" from the RoR menu it would assume im in RoR.

No, it should assume RoR. That is another bug. (That I thought I'd fixed, actually...)
