Bug with class in PHP

Reported by Filipe La Ruina | April 14th, 2009 @ 12:05 AM | in 0.2

I tried redcar today for the first time. I Found one bug when testing with PHP editing. When you try to use the class completion of the php bundle, in the moment you press class, if the line is empty, the folloqing error happens:

Gtk-ERROR **: Byte index 39 is off the end of the line

    • Tag set to gtkmateview, php

    Thanks for the report. Could you reply with the exact sequence of steps you took from opening Redcar to reproduce this please?

    I tried the following (1) open tab (2) choose PHP syntax (3) type "class" (4) press tab and I got a class completion ok.

    Ok, opening, typing class and pressing tab completes fine, although i wrote

    <?php

    class

    And tab after that class, then got the error.

    Oh, and looks like there are two completions for php always writes ?><?php

    • Tag changed from gtkmateview, php to gtk-error, gtkmateview, php
    • State changed from “new” to “open”

    I take it you chose the "PHP" option from the selection at the bottom right too?
