Feature Request: Go to file for constant

If I press Ctrl+Shit+Alt+Super+Ctrl+Meta+TPO or whatever within a Ruby constant like Artist::Popular inside a Rails app it should take me to that file. Bonus points if it respects the applications load paths.
(How about a Rails rake task that outputs a bunch of useful information like that?)
