RedCar creates a tags file

RedCar creates a 'tags' file in any directory where I'm editing code. It's really annoying with git and what not.
Is this supposed to happen or is it a bug?

Its supposed to happen, but it could be improved.
We are starting to use a .redcar directory for this kind of thing now (as in my-project/.redcar). It should probably go in there.

This is now created in the .redcar directory in your projects.
