Gemfile should be detected as Ruby

In the same way that Rakefile is automatically assumed to be Ruby, Gemfile should be as well.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
anything ending in "gemspec" is considered a Ruby file. I've added "Gemfile" as well, is that ok?
