"go to declaration" doesn't respond to minimization

Currently if you do a "go to declaration" on a file defined in more than one other file, it pops up a fuzzy finder.
Point 1) ideally, if there's a definition in the same file as that being edited, it should probably just choose that file, and skip the fuzzy finder. Or at least put the current file at the topmost.
Point 2) when you use the fuzzy finder to locate "the appropriate file" it doesn't actually work (the fuzzy part works well, but then it opens up the wrong file).
