Outline view should use global icon directory

Currently, the outline view plugin ships its own icons: it should use the icons shipped with redcar.

Done. https://github.com/redcar/redcar/commit/b0d7d9a9cc044b3a88e181ecd0d.... Have a look (maybe for more appropriate icons, too?)!
