Preference to turn on/off file selection in project tree

It would be awesome to have a preference which enables/disables file selection in project tree when file tab is focused. With use of ctrl+t shortcut and good knowledge of a project, it's often annoying to see project tree force-opened to current file instead of being used as another layer for navigation

There will be a menu option under Project for disabling file selection in v0.10
