Document icons should be displayed in window rather than tabs on Mac OS

It would clean up the user interface on Mac OS X if the document icons were displayed next to the title in the window instead of next to each tab.
This is the method used in both TextMate and XCode. The window's icon is changed to the icon of the currently selected document.
This allows more tabs to be visible at once. It also allows redcar to tap into some of the convenient UI made available by the OS. For example, command-clicking a document icon in Textmate reveals the file system path of the document.
I don't (yet) know the codebase well enough to make the change myself. Redcar would need to call setRepresentedURL: on its NSWindow to set the icon. Apple has documentation at this page:
