working directory is not set properly

- create a runnable e.g.
..., "command": "python __PATH__", ... - run tab with python-script
- working directory is the jruby path, in my case
C:\jruby-1.5.6\bin
The working directory should be set to a more useful value. E.g. project root or better directory of the file that is opened.
