Error in ToolBar::Builder when using block

When you add a toolbar item with a code block it gives an error.
ToolBar::Builder.new "Edit" do
item("Decrease") { puts "decrease selected" }
end
Error in: undefined method `add_listener' for #<Proc:0xe746a2>
Tested in OSX with redcar:
Version: 0.12.0dev
Ruby Version: 1.8.7
Jruby version: 1.6.1
Redcar.environment: user
