Middle-click to close documents / tabs, right click menu for tabs

Most browsers and editors support a mouse middle-click to close documents or tabs. I would like to see this feature in Redcar.
Also, I would like to have a right-click context menu for document tabs, with the following options:
- Close tab
- Close other tabs
