Redcar 0.13: Startup problem on Windows

Redcar 0.13 (installed on Windows using "gem install redcar", Ruby 1.9.2) did not run in the first place.
Changing lib/redcar/runner.rb, line 65 from
command.push("-Xbootclasspath/a:#{jruby_complete}")
to
command.push("-Xbootclasspath/a:\"#{jruby_complete}\"")
solved the problem.
