Mode selection should be remembered

Currently when you work in a project and open a .rb file it chooses the Ruby mode and I change this to be Ruby on Rails. When I close the file and open it again (or another .rb file) it reverts to Ruby again. It should remember that I chose to view .rb file in the Ruby on Rails mode and open all .rb files in this mode from now on.
