Bundles don't respect tab-styling

In Ruby, if I type 'def', and press tab, I get:
def method_name
# there is a tab here
end
The spacing between the left and the def/end is correct, but the body of the method has a tab (instead of two spaces). In general, pressing tab should insert spaces too, but I'm really only concerned about bundles, as the indenting tools does spacing properly.
