Redcar needs a .app for OS X

Only missing feature for me from Textmate (as of today): a .app for OS X.
Rawr may be a nice way to do this (and it can also produce .exe for Windows).

I added a Rake task which builds an app bundle from the gemspec. Works only on 10.5 onwards though, because it depends on ruby being installed.

Nice. I built it and ran it and it got as far as showing the Redcar window before crashing. I'll take another look later.
