Tab stays open after deleting a file

Steps to produce:
1) Create and save a file
2) Select the file for editing
3) Choose to delete the file from the context menu.
File is deleted but the tab stays open!

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Fixed in latest master; If the file is deleted but there are unsaved modifications to the file, the tab icon changes to "!", else the file closes
