respond_to (html) snippet doesn't work

STR:
1) Open a controller
2) Make sure that Ruby on Rails is set for the document type
3) Go into a controller method and type: html|->
(assuming that |-> means the tab key)
Nothing happens. According to the list of snippets this should
have generated a respond_to block.
