Ctrl+V shouldn't control completion

Hitting Ctrl+V shouldn't trigger completion.
For example, pasting ' should not complete as '' and so on.

This is actually caused by the auto pairer and not the auto completer, but it's probably a good idea to disable both in PasteCommand. Fixed in commit 483eeab7482819d599229856b4a67897caabdacb
