Moving / Renaming a file should update the opened tab
Reported by Michal Hantl | October 21st, 2010 @ 10:23 PM
- create a file called A
- open it
- rename it to B
Right now, there is opened tab called "A", it should react to what you've done and rename and relocate itself to B.
The result of this is editing the wrong file and thus confusion or accidental deletion of the file you are working on.

Tested 5e62fabc82a1e9749b5e (kattrali/346-moving-renaming) on Mac OS 10.6.4. Renaming inside redcar seems fine. Renaming outside redcar (i.e., Terminal causes the project to update but not the editor).
Bulk rename also renamed tabs correctly.
